The challenges of this pandemic greatly impacted our lives, especially those in the poorest and most vulnerable sectors of our society.
The community quarantines and work closures have left thousands of our fellow Filipinos jobless. The heartbreaking reality is that staying home for them means losing a day of work and losing meals for their families. Without a source of income, they may also be forced to discontinue the education of their children.
We need your help to ensure that no child and youth will be left behind during these difficult times.
Currently, only 251 out of our 634 scholars are sponsored. We have used our general funds to be able to distribute school supplies, canvass bags, learning kits, and t-shirts to all our scholars regardless if they have sponsors or not. We can’t have any of our scholars be left behind this school year. The Scholarship Program does not only ease the economic burden of their families but more importantly, it encourages children and youth to strive harder with their education and to dream bigger.
