Our Van and Only

We at Channel of Hope Foundation represent a Fellowship of International Volunteer Missionaries. We dedicate our full time to help others and spread the gospel. We seek to comfort, help, and minister to those in need.

Our regular projects include the following:

• Bible study with some of the inmates at the Correctional Institution for Women (CIW) every Saturday

• Weekly visit to the Munting Paraiso section of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) where we organize special activities and sponsor indigent families with children who are battling with cancer

• Donation of goods and educational materials to more than 200 day care centers in Parañaque, Taguig, Marikina, Mindoro, and Bicol

• Bi-weekly classes on motherhood and parenting as well as provision of food and other resources for the women in Haven for Women

• Disaster relief missions across the country

Since 2001, we have been conducting multiple missions every year, serving thousands of children and families across the Philippines. Up to this day, we have been using a Mitsubishi L300 to transport goods that need to be distributed to the needy, as well as to bring in volunteers to help us in our missions.

This Mitsubishi L300 is our one and only vehicle and is already 12 years old. It has served us well, but in order for us to continue being efficient, we know it is already time for us to upgrade.

After so many consultations, the vehicle being recommended to us that is best for transporting personnel and large number of goods is a Toyota Hilux FX.
