We’re about living life to the full and making a long term difference in the lives of abandoned children in Manila.The House of the Heroes envisions that abandoned and neglected children will be nurtured and raised to fulfill their God-given potentials. It aims to create more than just a shelter but a home where children will grow in a healthy family environment meeting their physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is a safe and secure home where heroes are made.Millions of children are unregistered, abandoned and neglected. All of them need the love and protection of a caring and nurturing family. The members of this organization, coming from different backgrounds, have years of experience working to protect, evangelize and empower children.After receiving children they will be raised up in a family setting by house parents where basic needs such as food, shelter, clothing, medical and education will be provided. They will also be provided with medical and psychological intervention if necessary. Spiritual and moral values will be inculcated in the homes by trained Christian guardians and caregivers.
