HandiCare’s programs and services include livelihood and income generating projects, feeding program, treatment and rehabilitation for mentally or physically impaired, educational assistance for out-of-school youth, health care assistance, and provision of assistive devices.
As a nonprofit that caters to people with disabilities and their families, we would like to request another set of wheelchairs (regular and pediatric). We have partners whose wheelchairs are already old and rusty, but could not afford to buy a new one. There are some (especially children with special needs) who need pediatric wheelchairs, but resort to using the regular ones because specialized wheelchairs are expensive.
We would like our brothers and sisters with disabilities to always feel that they can rely on us, and we can truly provide for their needs through your help.
