The Handicapped Care Association (HandiCare) Inc. or HandiCare to many, was legitimately registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), and later on with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as a non-stock, nonprofit socio-civic group. HandiCare will cater to the needs of the “indigent” persons with disabilities (PWDs) through the best possible way and to the best of our abilities.
